Terms and Conditions

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration 

  • Class  registration must take place through the online portal.  Student  information including name, email, phone, and mailing address is  required for registration.  
  • Full payment is required to complete registration.  PST and GST will be charged on all classes and workshops.
  • E-transfers can be sent to info@rendrstudio.ca.   Your e-transfer payment is required to complete your registration in the class. 
  • Registrations  can be made on behalf of others if their full contact information is  provided.  Registrations can be transferred to other students if the  request is made by email prior to the start of the class or workshop.
  • A  wait list will be kept for sold out classes.  If a space becomes  available, you will receive email notification that you can register for  the class.  You will then have 24hrs to complete your registration  before the space is offered to the next individual on the wait list.  To add yourself to the wait list please contact the studio and ask to be added.


Cancellation Policy

  • Should  you have to cancel your registration, a full refund (less a $20  administrative fee) will be made if your request is received 14 days  prior to the first class.  If you cancel closer than 14 days prior, no  refund will be made. Tuition may be credited towards a future class if  cancellation is made at least 7 days prior, providing availability.
  • No  refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received within 7  days of the class or workshop. A credit towards a future class will only  be given if the space can be filled by an individual on the wait list. 
  • Private  lessons must be paid in full in advance.  48 hours’ notice is required  for cancellations or rescheduling.  As this time has been set aside for  you, refunds will not be given for private lessons cancelled with less  than 2 days’ notice. 
  • Due to a limited class schedule, make-ups or credits for missed classes cannot be accommodated at this time.
  • Rendr Studio reserves the right to cancel class dates. Full refunds  will be given for cancelled classes and workshops.  
  • If  a course, workshop, or portion of needs to be rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Rendr Studio will reschedule the class  at a suitable date and time.  
  • I  strive for all students to be happy with their class and workshop  experiences. If you are dissatisfied with your class, please contact me  and we will find a way to make it right.


Discounts

  • Students  receive a 10% discount on art supplies from Art Placement . Simply  indicate that you are a student at Rendr Studio at time of  purchase.


 Other Classes

Customized classes can be scheduled for your own group of 5 or more students. 

Private lessons are available upon request.  Contact us for further information.  Pricing  for private lessons is $50/hr on weekdays and $80/hr on weekends.    In person lessons take place at Rendr Studio. If you  prefer for Jennifer to come to your home or other venue, additional fees  for travel will apply.  This can be accommodated at the discretion of the studio.    Online private lessons take place through Zoom  and are scheduled at a 1 hr minimum.  Full payment for all private  lessons is due at the time of booking.
 

Return and Refund Policy of products

Wrong Address

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the items and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout.
  • There  is often a very small window of processing time in which you can change  your order or shipping address. If you need to make changes to your  order, please contact us as  soon as possible.  We will do our best to accommodate your request;  however, please understand that changes cannot be made after your order  has been processed.


Tracking & Shipping Times

  • You will be provided with a tracking number for your shipment.
  • Shipping  times are always an estimate. The actual delivery time will vary due to  external factors beyond our control.  We will do our best to have your  shipment to you in a timely fashion.
  • You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Please note that art cards are sent as letter mail and are not issued tracking numbers.


Original Art

  • All sales are final. We are not able to accept returns of original paintings.
  • If you are unsure of the size or colours of an artwork and want to be able to visualize it in your space, please contact us for  assistance. We will do our best to create a visual mock-up of the  painting in your room so you can purchase with confidence.
  • If  you live in the Saskatoon area, a viewing of original art in your home can be arranged upon request. Fees are associated with this  service.  Please contact us for details.

Prints 

  • Please allow 2 weeks processing time (prior to shipping) for all print sales.
  • All  sales are final. Prints are carefully produced by a trusted local  printer upon purchase.  As your print is being made to order  specifically for you, please understand that we cannot accept returns  for prints and reproductions.
  • If you would like to better understand how a print might look in your home, or which size to order, please contact us in advance.


Local Exchange

  • Original art can be exchanged in-person within a period of 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • To qualify for exchange, paintings must be returned in-person (not shipped) and in perfect condition.
  • The purchase price can be credited towards an alternate artwork.
  • This is an exchange-only policy. Refunds will not be issued.


Damaged Products

  • We  do our best to package your art carefully to industry standards.  Although very rare, there is potential for damage to occur through the  shipping process.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photographs of the damage. We will discuss how to best proceed on a case-by-case basis.
